The Country and Its Stories

When my family chose to move from Austin to Pedernales River property, the lifestyle brought plenty of stories.The property was once merely a weekend house for my family, so it began as a humble cabin in the hills.

After I came to fully appreciate the nature of that property, many a night were spent by the campfire, telling stories. My mom loved to get a fire under a large oak tree that shaded our porch. We would sit around the fire and enjoy each other's company.

I believe a developed a love for storytelling during the nighttime campfires that has led to develop a love for film and movies. When you sit around a fire, everyone faces each other and you are forced to converse amongst your fellow fire-dwellers. My close friends and I have enjoyed countless trips to the river where we have had plenty of camp outs.
